The rectangular shape of this bolster promotes a gentle opening of the chest and subtle bend of the back when placed beneath the spine while lying down. Generous in size and and flat surface are designed to support your entire upper body during restorative practices. Created specifically for tall yogis (>6ft), this bolster has some extra length added to it.
