Soft cheese, a specialty made from cow's milk, goat's milk and sheep's milk. It has a straw colour and its surface is soft and creamy.
This delicious cheese has a delicate, fine and savoury taste. The cheese is shaped like a cupcake wrapped in ruffled paper, making it a beautiful centerpiece for any cheese plate. It is also a good cheese to serve after dinner, instead of dessert.
Tur goes well with sparkling wines. It should be served with bread or crackers, as this soft cheese needs something to rest on. La Tur releases the maximum of its aromas if consumed at room temperature.
