Mezcal is a category of agave spirits that has been increasingly capturing the imagination of the adventurous and curious souls of the imbibing world in the past several years.
A wide ranging category that encompasses many different agaves, some taking up to thirty years to mature, mezcal is a spirit often made in very traditional and time honoured ways. A spirit that reflects a sense of place and terroir.
Come join Stephen Flood (aka @countbassie) as he guides us through three cocktails made with this fascinating & powerful craft spirit. And in case anyone from the previous mezcal classes wants to attend, the mezcal cocktails in this class will indeed be different than the last ones.
